SENIOR NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & LOYALTY

As a member of the senior leadership team, I redefined how movie theaters marketed themselves. I direct and develop all CRM, branding, social media, studio partnerships, experiential activations and public relations for 30 operating locations across the United States. Reporting directly to the CEO, my team executes the overall film marketing and internal branding. I built and run our personalized, segmented CRM and loyalty program of several hundred thousand active members garnering unprecedented KPIs. Additionally, I manage the Cinépolis USA brand portfolio through growth and acquisitions. I personally develop original content, narratives, and themes for branded video messaging (i.e. video commercials, audiovisual advertisements, and social media). As well as manage the art direction for F&B, website, digital signage, product packaging, and other visual communications for the company. Additionally, I influence F&B offerings based on trend forecasting, and R&D. I’m responsible for a multi million dollar budget. In addition to being very analytical, I’m extremely creative and I place a hands-on focus to everything I do.

Built, managed and analyzed all weekly email marketing and sales promotions. Managed all brand marketing, social media, partnerships and public relations for hotel, wedding dept. and restaurant outlets. Managed all restaurant and outlet marketing, lifestyle content creation, influencer partnerships. Heavy focus on photo shoot styling, content development and design. Assisted DOSM in coordinating & creating various integrated communication and marketing action plans. Built and maintained relationships with corporate marketing team and marketing suppliers. Managed the marketing department budget.
