I currently lead marketing and loyalty for a national chain of 30 food & beverage driven, dine-in movie theaters. Most importantly, I redefined how movie theaters market themselves. My incredible team of 5 is responsible for a robust loyalty program with several hundred thousand active members, all content development, experiential activations, new consumer acquisition, branding, social media, and sales support. I’m a born leader and the youngest person on the leadership team.
My proudest achievement is the creation and implementation of a CRM loyalty program based on segmentation and personalization. Our emails have an ongoing open rate average of 48%. Seriously! Additionally, it has increased customer frequency each year and driven incremental revenue. The unprecedented results are a direct outcome of the personalized offers, curated messaging, and segmented program I created with limited resources.
As a member of the Cinépolis Global Leadership High Potential Program, I have learned valuable leadership skills under Harvard Business Corporate Learning. I think my best quality is that I am a happy medium between being highly analytical as well as extremely creative. I have an eye for aesthetics and a passion for customers and driving revenue.
